You will not have to worry about cold water in our apartment as a brand new hot water heater is installed for your convenience.
The apartment offers you a panoramic view of the mountains surrounding Bogotá. This is new apartment and new apartment building just completed this year. You will enjoy the custom hardwood floors in this apartment. Fresh flowers from the market are always on the dining room table.
The master bedroom comes a bathroom, huge closet space and a balcony. The other balcony is off the dining area.
The apartment is located just 3 blocks from the entrance to the US Embassy for visas and so on.
There are nice pastry shops and restaurants that are just a few blocks from the apartment. And, a wonderful farmer's market every Sunday about a 5 minute walk away. The area is secure with patrols passing by all day being so close to the Embassy. Also, Bogotá's main City Police Station and the main Federal Police Station are a stone's throw away.
Our apartment is about 7-15 minutes from the airport.
It is basically located between North Bogotá and the business center and Candaleria. Buses pass right up the street and taxies are almost always waiting out in front of the apartment building.
